Folks, step out from under that rock you’re living under, and start learning some bits about these countries from their flags.
We started to research relevant, global, and current facts and, thus, came up with the idea to put new meanings to the colours of the flags. We used real data taken from the websites of Amnesty International and the UNO.

NAPFA is coming. And coincidentally, I found this article about doing chin-ups. It contains some tips and simple workout exercises that will help you master those formidable pull-ups… Or at least help you pass, considering the amount of time we have left. About (or more than?) half the guys in my class will fail their pull-ups, so this should be a good read. (3)
